- ++ rates are subject to 21% government tax and service charge

- USD rates are converted to local currency at the time of billing

Cancellation/No Show policy
- Low Season:
- In the event of cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation. No Show as well as Early Departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of full room night charge.
- High Season:
- In the event of cancellation within 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation. In the event of cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50% from the total room night charge. No show as well as Early departure will be subject to full room night charge.
