Fixture and furniture installation have been done. The landscaping starts taking shape and growing beautifully.  We welcome real estate agents and potential investors to come and visit our project to inspect the villa.

Land plotting for every villa has been finalized and building permits are expected by the end of March 2009. Immediately after the issuance of the building permit, the construction of the show villa will begin. Phase one of the construction will commence when first 5 villas have been sold.
