Project Update (release April, 2010)
The ongoing project work at The Griya Villas and Spa continues as per schedule. As we speak, the final phase of the project work at lot 4 and 8 has already started. Fixture and furniture installation, final snagging and final landscaping will be underway very soon .
We thank all investors –for their faith and trust in The Griya Project Developers and Villa Management and we hope to ensure that each of you will have your dream holiday villa as well as a lucrative investment portfolio in Bali.

Civil work (release October, 2009)
Civil work of The Griya Villas and Spa progresses seamlessly. The retaining wall of the villa complex is close to completion, whilst the building project of both Villa Lot 4 and Villa Lot 8 are continuing as shown from the below pictures.
The Griya Villas and Spa will have 14 villas in total, each with private swimming pool and will enjoy public facilities such as restaurants, night club, spa, gym, kid’s club and beach club. The griya will be the first boutique property in Amed, Karangasem.

The Griya Begins Construction (release 27 April, 2009)
The developer of The Griya Villas and Spa has secured “IMB” (building permit) from local authorities in early April – thus contractor started the first phase of the physical work. So far 25% of retaining walls have been built. |

1 March, 2009
Land plotting for every villa has been finalized and building permits are expected by the end of March 2009. Immediately after the issuance of the building permit, the construction of the show villa will begin. Phase one of the construction will commence when first 5 villas have been sold. |
