Civil work of The Griya Villas and Spa progresses seamlessly

The retaining wall of the villa complex is close to completion, whilst the building project of both Villa Lot 4 and Villa Lot 8 are continuing. The Griya Begins Construction

The developer of The Griya Villas and Spa has secured “IMB” (building permit) from local authorities in early April – thus contractor started the first phase of the physical work. So far 25% of retaining walls have been built. |

Land plotting for every villa has been finalized and building permits are expected by the end of March 2009. Immediately after the issuance of the building permit, the construction of the show villa will begin. Phase one of the construction will commence when first 5 villas have been sold. |
